Peru State College, Indoor Rec Center
Peru State College’s 104,000 SF Project ROAR development is anchored by an 85,000 SF air-supported dome that provides year-round, all-weather training and recreation space. The dome accommodates a 50-yard football field with two end zones, two full basketball courts, and an 8,000 SF strength and conditioning area—creating flexible space for varsity athletics, intramurals, and general student recreation.
Mercer University, Spearman C. Godsey Science & Research Center
LEO A DALY designed this 143,410 SF new science center that includes everything from seven lecture halls to 60+ laboratories including: general biology and chemistry labs, to specialized teaching labs in soil and field biology, labs housing instrumentation and a nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer, as well as a laser lab, computational center, growth room, cold room, and tissue culture suite.
Wayne State College, Benthack Hall
Wayne State College hired LEO A DALY’s education team to renovate the 43,502 SF Benthack Hall to better support the Family and Consumer Sciences program along with enhancing their Department of Educational Foundations and Leadership.
Georgia Gwinnett College, Kaufman Library
Georgia Gwinnett College awarded LEO A DALY the task of programming and designing a 90,883-GSF, four-story library that transformed the campus creating a new campus ‘living room’ for social engagement. The library is located in the heart of the campus, framing the central quadrangle.
CHI Bergan Creighton University School of Medicine
Creighton University Medical Center’s newest academic campus modernized and renovated more than 440,000 square feet of its School of Medicine, transforming the facility into a dynamic, integrated academic health environment.
UNMC CORE Lab Building
Bringing together UNMC’s UNeMed and UNeTech branches with biotech and technology research startups, this five acre site will be home to University’s new 180,000 SF Campus Operations and Research Excellence (CORE) Building.
