As one of the first American architecture firms to serve the Middle East, LEO A DALY’s signature can be seen in significant projects across the region, including the headquarters of the Saudi Arabian National Guards in Riyadh, the Diplomatic Quarters in Riyadh and the Zayed Military Hospital in Abu Dhabi.

In LEO A DALY’s Midtown Atlanta studio, our team creates exemplary facilities for healthcare, higher education, active military, veterans, reservists, local government and aviation clients. As the Dallas architecture and design studio continues to grow in personnel and across market sectors, it was the perfect time to move into a new space at One McKinney in Uptown. This location provides easy access to the Arts District, Design District and Medical District, where many of the firm’s vendors, clients and partners are located. The high-rise allows for views of downtown Dallas and surrounding parks. The neighborhood is very walkable, with restaurants and shops, and the building itself is LEED Silver.

The Dallas studio was designed in-house and features service-based and social workplace amenities to create a sustainable office culture. Floor-to-ceiling windows and glass conference room walls provide natural light throughout the studio, and collaboration areas allow employees variety in their seating options. A neutral palette features LEO A DALY’s signature red accents for a bright, modern aesthetic.

Originally constructed in 1955 by the Long Beach Fire Department, the Long Beach office served as the department's clubhouse. The facility was open to the community, hosting meetings and events for various groups including the Soroptimists and Long Beach Ski Club. The building was later purchased by the Home Health Nurses Association and converted to office space. In 2012, SimonGlover, Inc. acquired the property and remodeled it to restore the original open floor plan and exposed ceilings. During renovation, workers discovered beer cans from 1955 inside the walls, some bearing the names of the firefighters who helped construct the clubhouse. SimonGlover, Inc. joined Delawie in 2023 and became part of LEO A DALY in 2025. The office now houses architects and designers who support a diverse range of project types.

We were one of the first firms to pioneer the use of interdisciplinary project teams to ensure maximum efficiency and client satisfaction. Since our founding, we have completed many of the major planning and design efforts throughout the Omaha metropolitan area and have expanded our experience to projects all over the world. The San Diego studio is in the Bay Park neighborhood near Mission Bay Park, housing architects, designers, and interior designers. The building was originally constructed in the 1970s, with a second story added in the 1980s by another architecture firm that occupied the space at the time. In 2015, Delawie transformed the building to create an open, creative work environment with sustainable features including enhanced natural lighting and solar panels. The team of 40 enjoys a spacious lunchroom with a garage door that opens outdoors, as well as a roof deck accessible year-round.
